All 3 Brits are on the same court one after the other from 8 pm GMT. Heather, then Katie, then Harriet.

Bad draw for Katie. Great for Harriet and decent for Hev too.

Heather recovers from 4-5* to win the opener 7-5.

It took Masarova a very long time to make a mark in the seniors after winner a Junior Slam back in 2016. She's finally getting it together moving up into the top 150, big serve, nice forehand but a little scrappy.

Heather being punished when she's tentative.

Masarova is 6ft 1, not a great mover. Hev pulling her out wide quite easily and forcing the error on defence. Backhand looks nice today.

An excruciatingly tight game, broken to 15.

5-2*

Nice win 7-5 6-2. As long as she hits through the ball, especially on the backhand side, she looks really good.

Argh. Battles back to deuce, misses 2 set points (one she missed the return, the other she didn't have a play). Wang holds after a few deuces, Katie missed a couple of balls she shouldn't have.

Bit of a momentum sucker that one.

*5-5
