I feel they can sink to the floor, unnoticed, if need by, without any shame.
Or generate ongoing interest.
Or simply be there when you need them when, out of the blue, things get going again.
Emily obviously is a great sportwoman - played excellent netball and hockey, I seem to remember. And it shows - very good ball skills, and athleticism. Always like watching her play live. (she loves doubles too - I seem to remember hearing her saying, when she was only 17 or so, that she wanted to specialise in dubs)
But also obviously a very bright girl. Great that she's enjoying herself at Stanford.
