So if you will all forgive this rather self-indulgent post, I am feeling quite proud of myself this morning.

I have started the sentence two or three times Bob.....just.....well done.

Great effort, a real campaign, very happy for you.

I do not feel I need to say enjoy your 60th as I doubt anything can stop you after what you have achieved
