Yes, of course - the usual problem of copying & pasting & stupidly forgetting to update the information!    Corrected.

 Yep, had a supplier presenting to us yesterday, forgot to update some generic cut and paste from another client and went through the whole meeting referring to another (rival) client they had worked with in glorious technicolour. They wont be winning the work!
