Great to see all those names !!! There's some there who were very definitely on the possibly-AWOL list - thrilled to see them playing.

And, Madadman, I think a new thread for each event makes sense. The British Tour ones all get lumped together but that's because - in all honestly - no one's that interested in general because the players are all well down the list.
And in fact, for the high-ranking Tour events, like the mega one in summer, with tons of 'names' playing, they tend to get their own thread anyway.
So, yeah, a new thread for each coz, I imagine, people will follow these events quite closely.
Just my thought..... :)

Or like TA has done on the womens , week 9. But I think calling it Event 1 is also sensible as it is 1 event of 8 to qualify for classic week.
