RE: Entries Week 9 - 01/03/21

This is seemingly the first week of that UK Pro League as well (assuming it's still going ahead), so it'll be interesting to see what type of field they can attract now that they will be competing with APT/WTA, ITF, and Junior events.

This article mentions - 'in addition to watching every match live on BT Sport and UK Pro Leagues live stream.' If they can get BT Sport involved then that's pretty big, although I see no mention of it on my planner next Monday when it's supposed to start. Perhaps it'll just be for the 'Classic' week, like how they had Freesports covering that week last year.

Theres a specific thread on this over in general section, Ace, and it talks about live streams each week although doesnt mention the details

In rotterdam doubles, joe and Rajeev play, with Luke/Dom, Ken/Neal and Jonny/Cam all in alt places

Joe and Rajeev have pulled out of Rotterdam doubles next week. Other pairs above are still in the alts

Ryan currently 3rd Alt for Nur-Sultan Qualifying. It's a 125 unlike Week 8 which was a Challenger 100.

He has Doha and Dubai straight after Rotterdam was planned, is it because of that focus or is there an injury?

A few names have withdrawn from rotterdam the past few days from the original and still very strong entry!

Tennis on Telly has retweeted this (from @DanEvansFanPage):
He's currently in Dubai having a training block with a player that is making a comeback from injury

Training with Federer and then playing Doha and Dubai seems a better option than going to Rotterdam, hard to argue! And presumably being with his family and friends out there

Seems a bit soon for Federer to be training after his op - wonder if it is Kyle ?

?? Federer is making his comeback in Doha/Dubai according to press. He has been training for a while? Could be Kyle though, yes.

Edit - could have it wrong as I don't follow Fed that much but loads of people are anticipating his return shortly.
