CD, is this the first time Hep has been WTA-ranked? (Reading back through the thread, it looks like it.)

If so, I feel she deserves a PoM nomination. (Which I'm happy to do - I just wanted to be sure of my facts.)

Im pretty sure you are right that this is her first WTA ranking. And well done indeed .

And worthy of note is that Hep has been our PoM back in Nov/Dec 2020.

I was so impressed that she was PoM at such a young age that I went back and found the thread to see the achievements she'd been nominated for:

aged 13, in her 3rd and 4th events, Winner J5 and RU J5 in Israel, 10-2 win loss in month in singles (83.33%)
