I wasnt entirely sure what they would do with points for Recci and his replacement Nolan, so I have awarded the points to Recci , but this could be wrong.
This is what I think the end of week 2 standings would look like - Fery and Gray qualify for Masters week as winners of weeks 1 and 2. I think Charles Broom has the last qualifying place at the moment but clearly that will all change. Billy Harris has had two weeks in the semis and final respectively and thus tops the table. Only 3 players where in both events though, Billy, Tom Hands and Alex Jhun (who came 12th each week). Tom Hands is also, therefore, handily placed in the ranking list.
I gave Recci the 5 points, but Nolan might have got something, and it is possible Recci may have been moved down the rankings, who knows!

RR1/1: Julian Cash WR 1195 (CH = 935 in December 2017) defeated Mark Whitehouse WR 603 (CH = 530 last August) by 1-6 6-3 [10-8] in an hour & 19 minutes
Mark, Julian, Liam, Billy, Daniel, and Jack are in Group A, so it doesn't fit the usual OOP of having one group first, and the 3 matches of the other group after.

OOP showing a change Tom Hands - Alexis Canter
And Tom Hands withdrew from the British Tour event earlier, so that explains it. Tom is well placed in the overall table, 2nd currently, so a good week this week and he could well wrap up a place in Masters week.
