Young Arthur is still going great guns:

RR5/1:  Arthur Féry WR 1199 defeated Alexis Canter WR 1017 by 4 & 3 in an hour & 18 minutes

RR5/2:   Mark Whitehouse WR 603 defeated Ryan Storrie WR 912 by 6-2 3-1 retired  hmm

RR5/3:  Julian Cash WR 1195 defeated Jonathan Gray WR 710 by 6-3 6-7(3) [10-3] in an hour & 45 minutes

RR5/4:  Luke Johnson WR 681 defeated Lloyd Glasspool WR 455 by 4 & 3 in 56 minutes

Why did Lloyd bother?  disbelief  The money, I suppose.

In fairness, SC, Lloyd did win 3 of his  matches.

And he's won another, beating Jonny Gray 6-4 6-3

I lost count of the number of match points Lloyd squandered!

SF (B1/A2):  Luke Johnson WR 681 defeated Mark Whitehouse WR 603 by 3 & 3 in an hour & 24 minutes

I wonder if much Cash has changed Hands in the betting markets in this match?

Not wishing Toby ill but I'm glad Alexis got one win a least this week - he was playing pretty well and really let good positions slip in a couple of matches...

Is that 11 wins on the bounce for Arthur ?

Regarding AF, I think he might be our next prospect behind Jay Clarke and Jack Draper :D.

I hope he gets wildcards into Queens/Wimbledon 2021.

I think it will be 10 now, 4 in british tour and 6 here. Maybe 11 tomorrow?

I fear for Jay and Jack, to come back after 3 months and be injured is worrying,  particularly for Jay, who has been niggly injured for quite a while now and made a few attempts at playing only to have to pull out again.  Time to just stop training and sit back for a few months, another opportunity to do so and not lose any points won't come along again

(*) I think - the last time I checked, the draw hadn't been updated.
