Very happy for either to win as remember both fondly for different reasons and have supported both through this series of polls but in this run-off am going with Ginny.
Although I'd have liked a roger Taylor versus ann jones run off, I'll stick with my preference for the mens game and vote for Tim.
I toyed with expanding this to top3 of each poll but am sensing a bit of a fatigue with this poll now so decided to keep it simple
You may see from one of the other threads summarising the polls to date, I plan a favourite of favourites poll covering anyone in the top 4 of the polls to date and the forthcoming one! So far 22 women and 19 men, I'm not sure whether to mix and have 41 in one big poll event, or keep separate. Happy to muse and discuss! That will start week after the next former foreign favourites poll finishes ! I'm inclined to make one big poll but , as Joan armatrading sang, I'm open to persuasion!

Shucks, a hard one. Admired and supported both ( though clearly my memories of Ginny are much more hazy and restricted ). But neither ever really 'did it' for me.
So which of them to give a first vote in this series of polls?

Decided to vote for Ginny based on her achievements.
