Tough one. 4 of my votes from R1. Went for Jamie B, just over Jonny M.

Jason goodall and Jonny Marray should have got my vote, but I loved Jamie Baker when I heard his commentary and his writing in the paper, so stuck with him

Sticking with Jonny here and his Wimbledon triumph.

Roger Becker reached the 3rd round of all 4 slams and coached Paul Hutchins for a time as well.

Jonny and Jamie looking safe to go through here. All still to play for with the rest with a few votes left to be cast.

Jonny Marray looks like he has the most votes across all the mens groups so far, momentum!

Yorkshire or Liverpudlian (and my parents are from Liverpool), would be good to see him do well in this overall

Yes this seems to be the lowest third placed vote so far. In all the other men's (and women's) sections I don't think 2 votes will be enough to survive, but it may be here.

Alex Ward and John Barrett , both qualifiers, heading through currently

Surprised Mark Petchey hasnt had more support. In 1988, I saw gb play Finland in Davis cup on grass at Bristol Redlands. It was middle Saturday and doubles (Bates and Castle won in 3 after a 14-12 first set). Alongside, Ivan Lendl was there practising and played an exhibition champions set with Petch. It was 10-6 , I think, and my memory tells me Petch won, but I could be wrong. Was anyone else there that day?

Players into SF

1st Jonny Marray 13

2nd Jamie Baker 4

3rd (Q) Alex Ward and (Q) John Barrett 2 each

Jonny is the top individual scorer in R2. A couple of qualifiers perhaps benefiting from one clear favourite in a perhaps slightly weaker group.

Surprised to see Petch disappear at this stage
