 I like the word play! Stammers of course, being world number 2 in 1039, would have been in our Fed Cup Squad just before those pesky Norman's started to dominate the game in the mid 11th Century.

Don Budge & Alycia Parks

Don Budge (1915-2000) was an American tennis player. He is most famous as the first player of any nationality male or female to win the four tournaments

that comprise the Grand Slam of tournaments in a single year.

Alycia Parks (19) is an American tennis player who has a career high ranking of 360.

Go Soeda & Park So-hyun

Go Soeda (35) is a male Japanese professional tennis player. He has achieved a career high singles ranking of world no 47 on 23 July 2012.

Park So-hyun (17) is a female South Korean tennis player. She has currently reached no 481 on the WTA singles ranking.

Indy de Vroome & Tracy Austin Holt

Indy de Vroome (24) is a Dutch tennis player. She is currently ranked 183 on the WTA singles ranking. She did not compete from summer of 2016 to October 2018

due to Lyme disease.


Tracy Austin Holt (58). Tracy Austin is a former no 1 professional tennis player from America.She won singles titles on all playing surfaces : clay (both green and red).

indoor carpet, grass and hard courts. A series of injuries and a serious car accident cut short her career. She is married to Scott Holt and has three sons.

 Their profile says M, but it is a bit of a spoof profile. But I am sure from things they have said in the past that they are a male, although that could be wrong.

They mentioned when this all started that they had some serious underlying health problems  and were very concerned , and had been quite active on the board through until Mid April and then literally nothing. They had started this thread and posted at least daily on it with a new post, so for it to drop off and have nothing, not even a log on (which you can see from the profile) is very concerning.

SQ's profile actually says F but the name given is Rick Parfitt, which I suppose is a logical name to make up if you are going to call yourself Status Quo.

Either way, I hope SQ is OK and able to log in soon so as to put our minds at rest.

Jarmila Wolfe & Lisa Pigato
