There ended up being 3 LLs here, and Jodie got one of them:

Tamara Bizhukova, 25 y/o, 1000 odd:

Amanda beat her 2 and 1 in Egypt the other week, so should really be a gift 5 points. Could play the 8th seed in R2, which again (on paper) is pretty good.

Jodie plays her R1 match tomorrow. Although it is dangerous to look beyond the first match, the 8th seed Radanovic has just come through her R1 match in over 3 hours (according to Sofascore), so if Jodie does win, that's who she will play in R2. Radanovic will obviously get an extra day to recover.

The website is showing Jodie through to the QF without giving any score or withdrawal by her opponent.

Accessing the live draw page via livescores it says walkover. 

It's not clear whether any matches are being played there today or not. It is off livestreams at the moment, but that may be just technology.

It appears that Jodie had a w/o to the QF before everything was called off ( her activity states w/o ). She is the one player shown as into the QF. Hope she gets the QF points.

OER are crediting her with the QF points in the live rankings for 23/03, WTA don't seem to be updating this week.
