4 titles together for this pair. Well done.
Grey|Nicholls have 9 together, so Ms. Nicholls could be in considerably high demand!

For Ms. Nicholls, a 2nd $25K title in GB in the last 6 months following her November success in Shrewsbury (with Grey). She is now at 5 $25K titles in her career.
Ms. Barnett now has a second $25K title, and her second GB $25K title in the space of a year, following her victory with Ms. Burrage in Bolton last April.

I think Liv has hasn't been able to play for 8 months. Her win with Beth at Shrewsbury was in 2018. Sunderland was only her second tournament back after shoulder surgery.

Yes, hopefully Olivia can get back to where she was before the injury and push on up the rankings from there. Well done to both her and Alicia. smile

Yes, Glasgow was the first tournament back since the W100 in Ilkley in June 2019. It is noticeable how her ranking has held up so well, due to the points won in the early part of last year, although still well down on her CH of 220 in January 2019.

Lots more baseline rallies in the final. Fairly even so far. Tomova winning a lot of points with the drop/at the net.

Emma had 2 BPs at 4-3 40-15* to potentially serve for the match, but Tomova now serving for the 2nd set 4-5*.

6-4 4-6.

Break up in the 3rd, 3-0*. Come on Emma.

But then only wins 7 points in the next 5 games. Long way back here, *3-5.

Error strewn in the last few games, otherwise she was a match for a top 130 player.

I think Emma's unforced error rate went up in both the 2nd set and the second half of the 3rd set.
