Ah pity. Tara must still be having issues with whatever caused her to retire from her singles and withdraw from the doubles last week.

Hopefully she can still play in the doubles.

 Indeed, Tara and Emina seem to have won their dubs by walkover 

So one loss and one win without touching a ball....

Fran playing now,

3-3* ( 2 breaks of serve each ).

Fran breaks again for *4-3.

I notice that her one serve game she hasn't been broken in she served 4 of the 5 DFs she's served so far, including 3 to start the game and go *0-40 down. Probably not worth trying to repeat

4 BP/SPs came and went for Fran at 5-3*. So she will now try to serve out the first set.

On her 3rd SP of the game and 7th in all ( and she saved a BP ) Fran takes the set 6-4 in just over an hour.

Good to see Fran and Mandy taking seriously their already likely 03/02 entry into the GB top 10 and looking to push up our 'strongest nation' ranking
