Oh Lord, wouldn't she love that first MP back again...

Didn't do enough with the forehand into the corner did she?

Yes. It was such a good serve. Such a short ball. And was too tentative......

And then over corrected on the second and pulled wildly into the tramlines.

I was just waiting for Bet365 to cut the stream before the point ended, but wasn't to be then.

Back in this MTB. *4-5

Yes. But I could live with the second one. The space was there, she can do that shot, she just didn't have her feet in the right place and missed it (as you say, got a bit excited and wild, was moving too much)

But the first was horrid.....

Boulter was obviously expected, but it's 0/4 for the day do far, so hopefully this won't be a thoroughly miserable day for British tennis.

In front for the first time! *7-6. Come on.

She didn't do a Boluter and celebrate prematurely,  but in a great position now.

Get in!

1-5 down at the first sit down, wins 10-6. Didn't see that coming during the tie break. Chuffed for her.

What a fighter. Thought she played very well, nice and aggressive in the rallies, defended well. Second serve though...

Delighted for her.
