It seems my rant paid off !

Max is now playing an ALT, who goes by the name of Atlantgeriev and, if I've got the right guy, is a junior, born 2001, ATP 1249 and only got to 830 in juniors too.

Now, THAT'S looking a little better.....

Having watched 10 mins of this match, this is an amazing opportunity for Max to qualify for the MD of a challenger !

That said, I'm A1 sure the Russian forum are saying exactly the same thing about their player.
