Tara gave this a good go and took it to the third set, but then ran out of steam in a match that was nearly 3 hours. The first set she served for at 5-3. Tara hasn't played that badly this year, but between what she's chosen to play in and the draws she's had, hasn't made any upward headway.

A five setter?
I suspect that's what it felt like to Tara... but I have amended that second set score
This seems like a crazy place to play a tournament. Redding is 2.5hrs drive from Sacramento Airport and thats not the cheapest place to fly from internationally (Redding Airport is way more expensive than that). We usually fly from Oakland but thats 4hrs away in average traffic... which can be much worse
