Weird how rankings work - JD cracks the top 100 despite only having played 2 matches since just before the French! Think he'll have a real struggle to hang on to his Queens points from last year though.

I believe those are also CHs for Jay, Ryan and Paul?

Is The reason for players like Jack jumping into the top 100 because 2019 points are dropping off from the 2019 grass season which he wouldn't have played at that level. We must be close to a 12 month ranking system again.

No, it's to do with Roland Garros 2021 points not being dropped until this Monday 13/06 since RG was a week later last year. The previous week players were counting both RG 2021 and 2022 points.

All 7 players that Jack has passed would have still been ahead of him without RG 2021 points dropping off though of course they generally would already have been behind him if the 2021 points had dropped off at the same time as the 2022 points were added.

The biggest relevant fall was by Jan Lennard-Struff who dropped 180 points from RG 2021 and overall dropped 205 points to fall 46 places to WR 149.

Thanks, I'd forgotten about the French being a week late last year.

Though, while the rise this particular week has a reason, in truth, as Priesty indicated, Jack has actually overall gone up quite a few places from before this year's French Open even started and any RG points were added or subtracted, for little change in his own points.

Not complaining though
