Maybe time soon for them all to have a go , later in the season. Perhaps the grass and US hardcourts will be a good time?

From the tennis on telly twitter account: Alastair Gray has entered qualifying for the St Brieuc Challenger (end of March)

Noticed that Ali is also in Biel qualies the week earlier, w.c. 21st March.

Billy and Stuart are also on qualies alt lists but not high enough to get near.

Big milestone for Paul Jubb as he breaks into the top 300 for the first time.
And mega congrats to Felix, who is now into the top-500 - our only teenager to be so.

*Obviously Ali and Billy H have big points that go on next week.
Also, a lot of 20+ rises in the lower ranks, without playing, giving CHs in some cases

Good stuff.

3 in each of the top 100, 101-200, 201-300, 301-400, 401 -500.

Now simply need to change that 3 to 4, get 20 into the top 500, and indeed 10 into the top 250, and everyone will be happy.

Though to be fair the guys in general have already really come on in the last year. It's been good to see.

Think there's a slight typo in the last line, but I'm not sure whether it's the 't' or the 'e' you've got wrong biggrinbiggrin

Good news and bad news for our friends from 'North of the Border'.

Good News: If you go to the ATP website rankings page and scroll down the list of countries, Scotland now appears in its own right in the list. (England doesn't).
Bad News: If you click on Scotland, nobody appears - not even Mr Murray.

 Its a start at least

Was thinking about this the other day actually, in the event that Scotland does hopefully become independent Id still back the British players. Probably only football where I dont like seeing England win. Id imagine the majority that have that political leaning are the same.
