My heavens, that's a wonderful win from Emilie! She went 0-2 down immediately in the third set after losing the last 3 games in the second, so lost 5 games in a row. Managed to hold to 2-4 when I last looked and thought oh well this is not going to end well, so for her to win the last 4 games in a row (and 10 points in a row during that) is a remarkable final turn around

I did much the same. At 2-4 in the final set I went to make a cup of tea. When I got back the score seemed frozen at 4-4 so I refreshed it and it jumped to 6-4.

One 26 pt game there on Emilie's serve when she had 7-8 GPs and saved a few BPs too, but she eventually held and is now accelerating towards the finish. ... and has now crossed it
Georgia Drummy, the Irish lass next.... who somehow is a 9th seed, it would seem because the 4th seed is missing, and I assume simply took the 4th seed's place in the draw. This will be a tough match for Emilie

Looked close for a while, when Emilie broke in the first game of the second set in a marathon game, followed by a hold each to love and then Emilie's long game as noted above. After that it looked straightforward.
