How come Conor and Scott, with a doubles combined ranking of 552, are wildcards whilst the other two with a combined ranking of 2788 seemingly are in the draw as of right?

Is this something to do with singles rankings?

I'm just guessing & know sod all about the technicalities, but maybe they didn't sign in on time?  Either way, if they win their QF, they play Finn & Grassi in the semi.
