The winner of that encounter will face the Swedish 14th seed, Mikael Ymer, in the last 32, so not a bad draw (if Jan wins!).

I am never sure about Ymer or his brother, they have both seemed to flatter to deceive I feel. If Jan can be strong and steady on the clay, I would feel a win is possible here against the Swede

Good win for Jan on GB's lucky court - Court 2, Murcia. Never seen a Brit lose on that court. Seen Kyle win twice and Billy win once.

It was also the court where I first saw Alex de Minaur play a couple of years back and look where he is now.

Was thinking of going down today but unless they have renumbered the courts, Court 3 has ZERO viewing facility.
