Mandy has the first set 6-4

The match so far has gone in four streaks, with the 4th still under way. Mandy went *3-0 up, then got broken twice to go 3-4* down, then broke herself twice to win the set 6-4 on her third BP/SP.

Second set has then started with Mandy losing the first 8 points in a row. She has at least stopped the rot now, eventually holding the third game so is now 1-2* down in the 2nd set.

Mandy got it back to 2-2, but after that was blown away for the remainder of the set. Now 6-4 2-6, and a big job for her to turn things around again and make the QF.

And is now 1-4* down in the third. This is going to be the end this week. Well, good to see Mandy playing again this week... but it's a long, long road, if she's going to see to getting back on the WTA tour again. She needs at least a couple of tournament wins at this level, to be able to get near the top of the ITF entrance lists for W25 events.
