He did well enough to win that set 6-3

But it doesn't really make you confident watching him - hits some good ones but that forehand technique is bizarre, ripe for all sorts of problems.

He was 4-2 but was hardly cruising - had to defend BPs on several games. The break wasn't completely surprising.

But was then *6-5 and served for the match, before getting broken again.

All a bit touch and go for both of them.

Liam now 3-1 in the TB....
