Tx both.

That's a tidy sum.

Congrats to Alice Gillan for winning the event at Penarth, beating Tiffany WIlliam in three sets.

The score was 3-6 7-5 6-3

Edit: score added

In the 4-day Tour event in Woking, a little shout out to 2003-born Iman Khan who has made the final (beating Kim Mpukusa along the way) and will play Kat Barnes in the final

Nice to see Summer Yardley back, she hasn't been playing (at this level at least) for a while now.

Did Angelica Blake enter this event? I was looking back at her individual page and it said she was entered into this and North Oxford, but wasn't sure if that had changed.

Ah right, thanks TA - I wasn't sure how this level works.

It'll be interesting to see how she does get on when she gets a chance. I assume it'll be similar at North Oxford?

So the real final here was in fact the semi-final between Holly and Summer. This is where I wish the LTA had some W25 events as well this grass season, as would love to see players like them given an opportunity. The W100 events are too high.

Summer's playing in the US - at Tyler Junior College

Ok thanks Tennpar, yes, I wondered if she was at college in the US.

The calendar for all the British Tour can be found on the link below, with links to the individual tournaments.

North Oxford is a Tier 1, so has 32 main draw and 32 qualifying (although there are three byes in qualifying)
Angellica is in the main draw at no 16. Seedings aren't announced yet, but Vic Allen may well be top seed

So two college players in the semi's. That would have been a good match to watch.

With thanks to RedSquirrel, the leaderboard after the Connaught tournament is as follows (LTA website not yet updated):-
Amelia Rajecki 12460
Alice Gillan 12420
Katherine Barnes 11200
Charlotte Howard 10841
Kimberly Alinafe Mpukusa 9726

Kimberly lost to Georgina Axon, so is out of the running for the Wimbledon wild card playoffs, the other four are playing their matches today.
