Among all the other tour changes, the 2019 edition of the Hopman Cup is likely to be the last in its current format/last altogether.

Great Britain are represented by Cameron Norrie and Katie Boulter who are in Group B (with Switzerland, Greece and the US).

GB play Greece first up which is possibly the easiest of the 3 teams on the 29th.

1 - Katie Boulter (WR 97, CH = 92) vs Maria Sakkari (WR 41, CH = 29)

2 - Cameron Norrie (WR 91, CH = 66) vs Stefanos Tsitsipas (WR 15 = CH)

3 - Norrie/Boulter vs Sakkari/Tsitispas

 Cam I think can beat Tiafoe. Greece, as I said with my opening post, was the easiest to start off with (they have no grand slams after all) although both higher ranked than our pair.

So in the mixed doubles the tie breaks took place at 3-3 in the set (so the men served twice and women once). And then in the TB instead of the standard first player has one serve and then everyone serves in batches of two from henceforth everyone has two in a row right from the start and they play sudden death and player who just served two gets a third serve in a row (and Cam was the happy player to benefit from that). And breathe. Whoever came up with this idea was clearly smoking huge amounts of pot.

 It would appear the mixed doubles "fast four" format came into play in 2017, so not something that 2018 can be blamed for! smile (although admittedly, I only went back a few years on wiki to see)
