Kyles injury not serious - Stuart Fraser wrote on Twitter

"Kyle Edmund withdraws from next week's Sydney International due to a "niggle with the knee", according to his spokesperson. Described as "nothing too serious" and a precautionary measure ahead of the Australian Open."
