As steven points out, Jenson has some very good pedigree, being this year's US 18U national champion.

Mark has also risen very fast in the rankings in quite a short period of time (due to a couple of wins). He was barely ranked 18 months ago. It's not too surprising that it'll take a little time to consolidate.
