Yeah Maia.

From the clips I've seen of her I like her style. Not sure how high she can go as she seemed quite light weight in shot. Hannah Collin esque.

Who is she playing in the final?

Beth & Olivia lost the first 8 games of their final, though the first set points were 15-24 so a few deuce deciders in there.

Now 0-6 2-2*

There's an interview with Maia on the Facebook page of the Shrewsbury Club. I doubt anyone will learn anything from it, but she looks very happy.

Two fantastic results today, lovely to see Maia recapture some of her early year form, perhaps with an end of year greater maturity.
And after giving their opponents a sporting chance by conceding the first 8 games, that's a wonderful result for Beth and Olivia too!
