Well done to Patrick, who has qualified for a Futures event for the first time at his 22nd attempt - he was 0-18 in Futures qualifying matches in mid-September, but has been winning rounds in qualifying since before finally making it to a main draw here. He's been doing better in British Tour events https://www.wharfedaleobserver.co.uk/sport/16379148.who-can-beat-patrick-foley-britains-man-for-all-seasons/ and actually played Wimbledon pre-qualifying this year, where he took 6 games off Marcus Willis.
