And even sadder to see her in the latest entry lists languishing down in the alt 200s behind the national ranked women. Hopefully she can qualify here and get a counter, although that will only replace the counter from here last year so will still need another to regain that ranking. With no other 25K opportunities unless she gets offered a WC for Shrewsbury next week she will start next year without a ranking. And without a shadow ITF ranking, she's going to need to hope that she can get in to a few 15Ks before the end of the year to build up that ITF ranking to be able to get in to the smaller 15Ks next year. If she can't then she's going to have to hope for a 25K WC early next year to get that third counter and a Q WC to the 60K in Shrewsbury in February may be her best opportunity.

Far easier to just number our female players ....... just gets a bit difficult when they are unranked errrr ..... looks like we will have just to stick to that basic concept of freedom of speech which even applies to creepy old men .... well thats what my teen tweenage kids call me but I suppose everybodies old when your 12.... ahh brings me back to what is a purile yet also pretty offensive sexest and agest post. I dont necessarily think it should be deleted as there has been plenty of other posts that have been deeply offensive to others who sit in minority groups that have been tolerated ..... it is the same mindset........ and it only really reflects on the poster, us creepy old men (anyone over 30 offering to give one of my daughters a lift home after babysitting would be described as a creepy old man) will just have to look out for ourselves.

Generally the concept that we wish Mand, Amanda, Mandy well in her comeback .... it is always exciting to follow arguably Gibraltars finest athlete.
