What does this mean for his ranking now? I know top 500 was already secured - assume will be closer to 400 now?

Yes. He got Nottingham and Roehampton.

But this is his first at 25 level.

Thats so impressive from Jack to come back from a set down and also beat a player he had recently lost to and admitted that he struggled to impose himself against in their previous meeting.
