If Harriet can win that match and her QR2 just need young Anisimova, the q1 seed, to somehow disappear before the FQR. Though be interesting if it comes to vs her as the FQR.
But yes with the way the WTA weigh QR1 win points that looks a good one for starters.
I was only following on live scores, but at *5-4 up in the second set and serving for the match, Harriet either had an attach of nerves and choked or Ninomiya suddenly upped her game hugely, for after having only 1 break point and 0 breaks against her the entire match, Harriet served for the match twice in a row, lost her serve both times on her opponents first BP, and then ended up going badly down in the TB, and though she retrieved two SPs, she did not retrieve the 3rd. So suddenly from looking like she would win comfortably 6-2 6-4, Harriet is now 2-6 6-7(5)
Fortunately though she has just broken in her opponents second service game third set, so is now up *3-1 in the third. But Harriet has her QR2 match today as well, so this extra time on court is not helpful to her.
Now 2-6 6-7(5) 4-1*
