I want Naomi to win, of course, but I can't really lose too badly here. If Marino wins, then at least her rehabilitation takes another step forward.
But, lets hope for something of a rehabilitation for Naomi, and three Brits in R16.

 Haven't found one yet. They streamed the challenger match, but not the itf.

Just noticed that Naomi won 13 points in a row on the way to a 3-1 lead.
Now *4-3

A 4th set point comes and goes. 5-4 *40-40.

Back to back aces sees Naomi take the set 6-4 (her 5th and 6th of the match).

And Rus has lost the first set 6-4. If she loses that match there will remain only one player ( Anisimova, still to play her L32 match in rainy Cincinnati ) that could possibly overtake the 640 points that would come with a Katie SF spot. 

And one player would not be enough to deny Katie top 100. So it would be for her to to win two more matches. And yes she could play Heather in the second of these!
