I'm fairly sure it is. I couldn't find a previous one for Luke when I looked earlier. Though Jonny has a Wimbledon R1 win with Scott Clayton last year.

Certainly first one as a pair.  Luke tweeted

First ATP win today with @Jonny_OMara in Eastbourne. Cant wait to get back out there on Wednesday against the top seeds #helovesadive

That's a terrific win. Would be great if Scott could push himself into the Top 100 as well. The more, the merrier.

A win in the QF could see Scott hit that milestone.  A couple of other results may have to go this way but it will be close.
