Except "Rieder" is pronounced "Reeder", Bob, so that falls a bit flat... I assume on the basis of the name that he's from the northern Italian province of what Italian-speakers call Bolzano-Alto Adige & German-speakers Bozen-Süd Tirol (South Tyrol) & since Geman-speakers outnumber Italian-speakers there by roughly 60% to 40%, I'd say the Germans have it!
