Joe was one place above George in the alternates list, while Phil Dimon, who was 16 places below him, is in the qualies draw.  I wonder:  dare we hope?

I suspect George has an SE as he only needed to be on the qualifying list and by my calculations he only needed a couple of late withdrawals to get in

From last week's Uganda thread David Felgate is out there with him. I was thinking surprised not a few more players gone out for a very tempting 3 weeks of futures here. But then realised the c word.

Another very tidy looking victory from George.  6-4, 6-2.  There can't be many players who have only played Futures qualies only once and gone on to have tennis  careers, but GL may join that group.

 Not quite, he played Qualies in spain earlier this year.

another good looking win. One more win to get some decent points for the week. Also one more win to Qualify for next week I assume? Havent checked other possible SEs.
