Good stuff, and I guess at least a guaranteed finalist.
Joe is into his 16th challenger SF or better in the last year ( 4 titles, 5 runners up and 7 SFs so far ). With a Wimbledon *compulsory zero counter his 18th counter will now be a 25K futures title 27 points.
* I have never really been convinced that the doubles guys should have mandatory Slams and Masters counters for any they compete in the main draw of ( and zeros at that if they lose in R1 ) given they play with varying partners and as far as I know none are mandatory tournaments for them to compete in.
The women doubles players have no mandatory doubles counters though their singles players have mandatory singles counters.
Between the two ranking systems one normally does it better ( probably more usually the ATP ) when the other has some seeming illogical silliness. Pity they couldn't combine the best aspects of each.

Luke and Joe win 7-6 7-5. Very impressive performance from them, very strong behind the serve and always looked the likely winners. Their partnership seems to be gelling nicely and they look a much better fit than they have done when I've watched them previously. I know Luke spoke about playing with Jonny O'mara, and they've never seemed totally committed to playing together having played with different partners on a few occasions, but I wonder if they might stick together for the season now and see where it takes them.
