I assumed that the young man would be of Russian or other eastern European extraction, but having done a wee bit of digging, I see that "Tolga" is a given name of Turkish origin (appropriate for Antalya!) & means "helmet"! That said, it's also the name of a place in Norway! "Basriev", on the other hand, does appear to have more kosher eastern European (Russian/Bulgarian/even Polish) origins.

Ah Mr Ilhan, fresh from getting well beaten by Thomas Colautti in Bahrain last week. Hope home clay doesn't serve him better.

Ryan has indeed extended the winning form against Mr. Ilhan - but only up to one set so far - currently leading 6-3.

Ryan has a slight tendency to start well and then go just a teeny bit AWOL in the second, in my experience, so here's hoping he makes a parcel of Marsel, all tied up, with a bow on top.
