Can I ask a question and it's not a criticism. I have always wondered why these lists are always in bold font? Is there a reason for that somewhere in the past (or present?).

Sorry, not supposed to be critical, it's just always made me wonder and I've never asked!

Declining eyesight - easier to spot typos and mistakes - I can use colours for highlighting.

Doesn't always work.

Really? In web design you use bold sparingly because lots of it is regarded as far more difficult to read than normal text. I, for one, just see it as one big blob of black text that my brain has to do extra work to process so I stopped looking here for doubles rankings a long time ago. Sorry. I only drop in here when it looks like there's a conversation going on. I hope that doesn't come across as criticism. I wouldn't have said anything but I was surprised by your reason for the bolding.
