Tiffany has won her Q2 match with two bagels and Soumaya is 2-0 up, but will have to return tomorrow to complete this match and her Q3 match.

As with Emilie in Stellenbosch, Soumeya can't follow up a useful singles week; she loses to the Dutchwoman, 2-6 0-6

So Tiffany has lost again to Kubanova by a very similar score, a pity, she had been seeming to be making some progress in her performances but not this week. cry

Tiffany and Soumeya are playing together again in the doubles. So far they haven't got very far,  and not sure that this week's first round opponents, who include Sandra Samir, are going to make their lives any easier.

Tiffany has a LL chance, and is making good use of it so far. Against Dominique Karregat (NED) 919, she is leading 6-4 *2-1

Wow, that was indeed a late lucky loser opportunity! Tiffany is in neither the draw nor the OOP yet... she replaced Ola Abou Zekry seemingly at the very last moment smile

Perhaps Tiffany had used her fair share of good fortune on the day; with Soumeya in doubles, there was none left; no doubt to the pleasure of the locals.
R16: William/Anane (GBR/GBR) lost to Samir/Shawky (EGY/EGY) 6-7(1) 4-6
