Very empty draw. I assume the Pitak's and Alice Gillan didn't apply for wildcards.
Likely wildcards from:
Ella Taylor
Erin Richardson
Tiffany William
Hannah Mcolgan
Taro Keens
Olivia Elliott
Isabelle Hearnshaw
Lillian Mould
Gemma Heath
Ali Collins
Plus anyone else who didn't enter
Rather ironic that in that very weak Sunderland q draw, the two players that actually have or will have rankings - Alice G and Ola Pitak, will have to play each other for only one to reach the main draw.
Yes several of the matches are significantly stronger than others. Certainly it won't be a case of the eight best players qualifying. Always seems a pity to me that, when virtually all the players in qualifying are from the home nation but are not world ranked, there isn't seeding based on national ratings/rankings.
As for who will win, my predictions are the same as paulisi except I'll go for Louise to beat Summer and Katarzyna to beat Nell.

Completely agree about the level - there are a few matches there that are barely British Tour tier 2 level.
I'm going with my heart for Kira to turn over the Bulgarian girl. (Kira's done well in Tour events recently - no idea about the Bulgarian, of course, she might be great - but I'm hoping not).
And Yasmina to beat Anna P - again on a punt (Yasmina was one win away from a ranking a couple of years ago, I seem to remember).
Lily G to beat Emma Morton too (I don't think there's much in it, tennis-wise and Emma has a really long match today).

Lauren Bishop may well beat Amelia too.
And Alice, Summer, Tanysha and Nell.
Lyuboslava Peruhova works as a coach at Connaught in Essex and has been based in the UK for several years. She regularly gets good AEGON Team Tennis results.
The doubles tableau is up - very skinny - there are 5 BYEs.
Alicia and Beth are second seeds, Maia playing with a Greek girl seeded fourth. Interesting to see Jodie and Tanysha together. Eden playing with Amandine Cazeaux.
