Maia starts with a doubles win, with partner for the week, local girl, Julia Stamatova; they shrug off a slow start, to prevail, 4-6 6-2 [10-2]

Maia won the first set 4-6, but is an instant break down in the second, against the local qualifier.

Maia salvages something from the week in Bulgaria, with a chance for a second pro doubles title, courtesy of trouncing the third seeds today.
A chance also for a bit of revenge on Boev, who dumped her out of the singles.

Went 0-5 down in the MTB, and that was effectively it.
Boev doubles up over Maia on the week, to deny her the title

F: Lumsden/Stamatova (GBR/BUL) 1886 lost to Boev/Evtimova (BEL/BUL) [2] 1012 6-2 6-7(5) [3-10]
