I was expecting more than one Brit in qualies here. I realise Cam must have secured a special exempt place bu I wonder what happened to Lloyd.

I presume he tried to get into Montreal Q, and failed.  Glasspool is having a bad year, next year will be make or break for him I feel.

Liam bags the first set. He was up a double break and serving at *5-2 but got broken. However in the next game, he generated a series of BPs/SPs, finally breaking for the set on the 5th attempt.

As Liam races to a 5-0* lead in the 2nd set, I find myself looking forward at the qualifier spots in the MD. I wish I hadn't.
