Emily through to meet the #7 q seed. Just two q rounds to reach the L32. The two would appear evenly matched, though Emily, being the upcoming youngster, has perhaps the more upwards potential.

Emily wins her Q2 match comfortably enough in the end 6-4 6-2, though there were more tight games than the score suggests. BPs of 7/12 for Emily and 4/8 against tell the story. So 1 pt for Emily thus far

Ms. Taylor, Christie & Dart (twice) all played Ms. Hives during the Australian ITF swing earlier in the year.
Collectively they only managed to go 2-2 against her; Freya winning, and Harriet winning 1/2.
Only in Harriet's win did the Australian fail to win a set.
Different surface, but it might serve as a useful point of comparison for Ms.Arbuthnott's prowess.
