Well that was a shockingly astonishing tie break for Anna and Nicole. 6-0 up and they failed to convert all 6 match points, and then they lost the next two points in a row. I thought they'd won that match and was about to congratulate them. Now I wonder whether they can recover from that huge blow to their confidence in the MTB.

Well they have managed it, so good for them 12-10 in the MTB, and they had at least 1 MP against them - after which I didn't dare look any longer fearing I would bring them more bad luck!
And that heart stopper with the additional 60 points it brings Anna also moves her up to 63 in the live rankings, and a new CH. So congrats to her. Also interesting that she has chosen to play the last two weeks away from the GB limelight.
Serving for a straight sets win over Groenefeld/Peschke, who have been playing together for about a thousand years at the top of womens doubles.
6-4 *5-4

Anna and Nicole were in 38th place for Race to Singapore at the start of the week. 1230 points behind the 8th placed team who as Wimbledont has said are Groenfeld and Pesche.
