Tough draw for Jay. But Ed and Lloyd should hope to win and maybe pick up confidence. Hopefully they will look at Liam this week and aspire to do the same.

Presumably Brydan, Liam (on an SE) and Alex Ward all in main draw, should be an interesting week

Really interesting draw for Jay - presumably his toughest test yet and a perfect intro to what challengers are all about.

Lloyd was 2-5 down in the third set.

But came back to win it in the tie-beak !

Not sure where to post this, but does anyone know of any websites that give clay/hard/grass rankings? When we get to the lesser used surfaces I never know how our players are really doing against their rankings.

Liam beat Moriya by 5 & 2 at the same stage in Gimcheon...

Good comeback from Lloyd. And not a bad effort from Jay in what is a step up in competition for him.

Yes for Jay to loose the first set but only on a tiebreak is an encouraging start. An incremental improvement and it really is game on.
