Why not! Have some ambition. A decent pay day if nothing else.

QR1: Eden SILVA (GBR) 743 v. Vivien JUHASZOVA (SVK) 436 (CH 374, Feb. 2017)

Must have half a chance and a good opportunity to collect some nice points

Hev is in the main draw, but it will be some ask to get across from Mexico and recover from jet lag in time.

Heather may indeed have jet lag issues; not specialising in meldonium means she is apparently not entitled to have the tournament guarantee her match schedule for her.

Eden starts the match by getting 3 first serves in and winning all 3 points - let's hope that's not as good as it gets!

2nd serve then a let on game point but she does complete the hold to love

Eden is holding her own but Juhaszova is 2 breaks to 1 up and serving for the 1st set 4-5*

Shame. Great for her to give it a go and it was a good opportunity for big points, but couldn't quite get there.

A few more months into her comeback she might have been able to push a match like this all the way.

Great to have her back

Confusing entry IMO. Did well considering though.

She would need to make the SF of a $15k to make more money than she did by losing here, pretty easy decision of it's available.

GL to Naomi and Hev in the main draw.

Never seems to me that bad an idea for lower ranked player to go for just occasional big qualifiers if the opportunity is there.

Plenty weeks in the rest of the year for their more normal tournament schedule and hopefully points accumulation.
