Absolutely fair to go for it, I think, if you can get that wild card
But hope Katie just takes it in her stride, does as well as she can ( and she did well last year ) and then gets back to developing up through the tiers. She still needs a good development approach and schedule as a basis.
Or at least I think it would be better. There was a slight debate about at least a couple of us feeling Kyle's schedule got too messy for a period a couple of years or so ago. He's not exactly done badly at all since, but in principle I think retaining a structured approach with the odd carrot is the best way to go.
